The steps are as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Initial Consultation<\/strong> includes baseline fitness test, basal metabolic rate, current activity level assessment, goal development, inventory of fitness equipment, and a timeline to reach your goal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workouts Schedule &amp; Plan<\/strong>\u2013 Jeanie will write you a \u201cprescription\u201d of 4-6 weeks of workouts. These can be completed in your home, a gym or an open space. She can come work out with you or you can do them on your own after being taught safe and proper practices. Communication with Jeanie will be weekly to monitor your progress and determine what changes need to be made to reach\u00a0your goals. Jeanie is <strong>your<\/strong>\u00a0trainer, and she will give you the motivation, support, and advice you need<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partner or Group work<\/strong>\u2013 If you and someone you know\u00a0want to do this together, Jeanie will write a custom plan for the partnership. She will also create a plan for each individual to succeed on their own journey to health. Jeanie can design a larger group plan as well so you can share the cst and experience with friends, family, neighbors or any other group.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Group Classes<\/strong>\u2013 \u00a0\u201cBoot camps\u201d or group trainings at multiple locations around the mountain community are offered periodically. Our goal is to make it affordable for you to have your own personal trainer.
