While competing at Colorado State University in Cross Country and Track and Field, Jeanie Boymel pursued her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She found her calling as a teacher and coach in the mountains of Colorado. Thirteen years and two children of her own later, Jeanie has decided it is time to expand her impact beyond her high school classroom. She has changed her focus to coaching and teaching a larger clientele about fitness. With Healthcare costing more and more each year, Jeanie wants to inspire others to begin utilizing methods of prevention in order to ensure a healthier tomorrow.
Jeanie finds the human body to be an extraordinary machine that can do anything you ask it to do. She finds strength and purpose in motivating others to pursue excellence, through a more thoroughly developed sense of pride in reaching untapped physical and emotional potential through exercise.
With a masters degree in education and a personal training certification through International Sports Science Association, she is pursuing her career in assisting others to live a healthier lifestyle. She has been training fitness in the classroom for years, but is ready to branch out and show others how to live the life they want to live!
When asked to describe Jeanie as a trainer in one word, her clients responded with words such as . . .
Motivational, Inspirational, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Encouraging, Spirited, Relatable, and Challenging
Although she has been working in education, coaching, and fitness for 14 years, Training With Altitude is her first solo venture into personal training. Her goal is to help people, in their own homes, make changes to their fitness plan, attain goals, and learn how to be healthy and happier. It’s about motivation and the foundation to make yourself the best possible you.
“I love what I do. I have a passion that can be seen a mile away and have much to teach.”
