In order to create the best possible fitness plan for each individual client, we have created a step by step process to create a unique program. The steps are as follows:
The Initial Consultation includes baseline fitness test, basal metabolic rate, current activity level assessment, goal development, inventory of fitness equipment, and a timeline to reach your goal.
Workouts Schedule & Plan– Jeanie will write you a “prescription” of 4-6 weeks of workouts. These can be completed in your home, a gym or an open space. She can come work out with you or you can do them on your own after being taught safe and proper practices. Communication with Jeanie will be weekly to monitor your progress and determine what changes need to be made to reach your goals. Jeanie is your trainer, and she will give you the motivation, support, and advice you need
Partner or Group work– If you and someone you know want to do this together, Jeanie will write a custom plan for the partnership. She will also create a plan for each individual to succeed on their own journey to health. Jeanie can design a larger group plan as well so you can share the cst and experience with friends, family, neighbors or any other group.
Group Classes– “Boot camps” or group trainings at multiple locations around the mountain community are offered periodically. Follow us on Facebook or send us an email and let us know you are interested and we will keep you up to date.
Cost is Custom- The cost for Jeanie’s services depend on the program you design together. Our goal is to make it affordable for you to have your own personal trainer. It is really about you getting the tools you need at a cost that meets your needs.
